Dutch Polyscope will debut a new product at the K Trade Fair. This product aims to improve the thermal performance of engineering plastics, and the company is a global leader in styrene maleic anhydride (SMA) copolymers.
Today, the brand XIRAN has already increased by 2 grades, XIRANIZ1018Mand XIRANIZ0721M, respectively, which can improve the thermal performance of a variety of engineering plastics. These two new grades will also debut at the K Trade Fair alongside the SG grade.
According to report, the XIRAN IZ grade can withstand glass transition temperature of greater than 175oC, suitable for high-temperature processing environments with high miscibility. Compared to other materials like this on the market, both in terms of improving the thermal performance of engineering plastics or in terms of the added residue levels, XIRAN IZ can lead to higher level of performance efficiency.
The company will showcase the latest XIRAN SG glass fiber reinforced car sunroof frame on the showroom floor. The XIRAN SG belongs to the grade of glass fiber reinforced materials, and with characteristic low density and high a regeneration rate, products with XIRAN SG are not likely to warp. Compared to PBT, PA, PP and thermoset sheet molding compounds (SMC), it can provide a better combination of features at a lower cost, with better creep resistance, excellent thermal aging resistance and thermal properties.
